Are there certain pairs of buckets that are hierarchical, and others that are not?
And sorry, one more question if buckets aren't hierarchical. Suppose you have a V fare. Can you SDC onto a flight that has something like V0 W1?
Fare inventory is generally hierarchical. In the case of T0 L0 K0 G0 N9, it is likely there is no filed fare for N9 so it will not be a purchasable fare and this display is just an artifact. This does seem to be an anomaly of N, have never seen V0 W1, and would not worry about. There may be some internal system issue causing the odd N display.
And as mentioned, hierarchical fare inventory does not mean prices are just as hierarchical. A lower fare class maybe more expensive because of different fare rules restrictions. Most search engines will show the lower price first even if higher fare class.
