I believe I saw the Pimento at T4 awhile back too.

The cookies definitely vary; some taste like they were baked in the club/airport that day whereas others taste like they were baked in a processing facility, and the club simply opened a plastic wrapper and took out the ready-to-eat cookies.

I also have seen mac n' cheese using local cheese at the club in SEA.
