I have been aproached multiple times by the purser on long flights to South America - booked in K, upgrade to biz for 60K miles without additional payment. Not sure how that fits in the above table though.

Of course I declined each of the offers; for that amount of miles you can get a biz promo award without needing a 2K euro ticket first!
