Yes, I think it has been fixed. There were 2 stages to that, firstly it wasn't available as a redemption, and then these flights when through a stage of not being available at RFS prices, so the cash element was higher and not available at the 4k off peak Avios rate. Now it appears to be OK, and indeed for EDI-LHR redemptions Jet Time is more likely to be available for RFS than BA services (e.g. 11, 12 and 14 July).
In economy it's been fixed. But for Club Europe itineraries involving a connection, like the CDG-LHR-EDI I booked, it's not fixed. Mine was a peak day, so:
Both flights BA metal: 13500 Avios + £42.50
(9000 RFS + 4500 for domestic sector)
With a Jettime connection: 18000 Avios + £50
(9000 + 9000, non RFS)
