First row Econ = Bulkhead?

So I was moving some seats around today after the aircraft change since our resultant seats would've been the row in front of an emergency exit row and we prefer to recline our seats just a little bit...
Well, The row in front of us happen to be available and was coincidentally the first row of economy behind comfort plus.
The diamond agent was kind enough to mention that we may not want to consider doing that because it is technically considered a bulkhead seat and we could be moved for someone with a disability or service animal.
She went on to explain that even though there is not a physical wall there it is considered a virtual bulkhead because of the division of the class of service. This was a new one on me and something that may want to be put into the FAQ above if someone can verify this is the case
