YUL Dom has no slats, same as YYZ DOM. YHZ Dom also has no slats. I can't seem to recall about YEG or YYC at the moment.

Yvr Dom slats are angled down. So only a 2yr old child would see anything. You, the toilet pax, can see feet. The basic rule of thumb is what you can see, can see you. You see feet, the feet can see you.... Not eyes.
If I have to poop in YUL (I try to save it for midair) I use the handicap washroom. And I'm fast. I see the staff doing this all the time.
