Unfortunately, not. This card only gives you access to United Clubs, not *A lounges. If you want to have the full benefit for when flying int'l, then I suggest you hit gold. However, the change fee can get high if you start moving around flights. Maybe even a changeable fare results cheaper, and gets you extra PQMs?
