That would make a lot of sense since:
Others have posted pic of document that mentions RED VIP, while I have most def saw black VIP tags- like pure black with no maple leaf background design (Which I assume its the higher level?)
I guess the last part to solve this mystery is if anyone seen a Red VIP tag
