YUL Dom has no slats, same as YYZ DOM. YHZ Dom also has no slats. I can't seem to recall about YEG or YYC at the moment.

The "slats" you're referring to do not allow anyone other than a peeping tom to look at. They angle down out of the stall. You can see the floor, but someone else would have to get on their knees and look up to see you.
That is NOT what this thread is about, which is the gap between the door and the "wall".
Also, YWG absolutely has bathrooms in the MLL.
