To be honest, the only place that I've ever been that had well designed bathroom stall doors was the NRU Reactor building at AECL Chalk River. Those stalls were 30+ years old (in the 90s) and the doors fit perfectly with absolutely no gaps on either side.
I'll often be selfish and take the accessible stalls in public washrooms because the toilet can be offset from the gaps in the doors. Also, many stalls are too narrow for a person of my size to turn around before sitting down.
I would think that a premium place like the MLL would at least try to minimize door gaps.
