On June 21, 2016, the Court issued an Order Granting Motion for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement, Final Judgment and Order of Dismissal (Final Approval Order) approving the settlement. On June 29, 2016, a Notice of Appeal was filed in response to the Final Approval Order. No payments will be issued unless and until the appeal is resolved.
