The benefits are feeble enough as it is (at least in Europe where Hilton have far better properties and most have lounges); its double insult to rarely get the upgrade benefit either.
To be fair, the drinks voucher is pretty consistently given in my experience.

Will hold off new bookings until this plays out ... its hard to see what they can cut!!
There is ONE Accor property where they consistently treat me well and come across as valuing me as a guest ... there are several which are okay but for which it made no difference if I was Silver, or Plat, or (as now) Gold.
But for about 50% of properties though, even as a Plat, I went "one and done".
