Easiest is to subscribe to
Expert Flyer or
KVS.
The airlines stopped publishing lists due to restrictions on advertising fares that aren't inclusive of fees and taxes. Since each RTW itinerary is different, the taxes and fees will also be different, thus a listing is impractical.
"Cheapest" is a moving target, and being ticketed in some countries with cheap prices may be almost impossible.
In USD terms, look at the Pyramids and the Skeleton Coast to start.
