Not all business can work that way, that is why a number of us spend a lot of time in aeroplanes travelling somwhere to physically do something or deal with somebody.
Ask your dentist if he can do his next drilling on your teeth by telephone*

I do realise that some of us old folks can mail our teeth to the dentist for repairs, but this are a small sub-set
