Yeah, I wonder about the same thing. After Bush said (on March 17) that we have to invade Iraq to avoid another 9/11/01 incident, 53% of Americans believed that Iraq was connected to that attack, even though no evidence to that effect was ever presented by anybody. (Well, we have the unconfirmed report -- denied by the Czech government repeatedly -- that Mohammed Atta visited an Iraqi intelligence officer in Prague, but let's forget that one!) Now 69% of Americans believe that Iraq was responsible for 9/11! We have become a nation of idiots.
