The salient point here is that the Indians search for terrorists just like every country does, but they manage to do it without wasting precious resources scrutinizing IDs for no discernible purpose! Only the U.S. has bizarre line-ups of private-sector and government employees whose only purpose is to stare at IDs for long periods of time, accomplishing nothing!
