Ah, an FTer after my own heart ...

The only nit I have to pick with FedEx (and I do have a personal account with them, btw) is that they get a lot of their business from USPS. I know it's purely a free market transaction, but I wish one of the major private sector delivery companies would tell the USPS to go **** themselves. Rock/hard place ...

It's rare you'll see me set foot into a post office because of this. If I have something to send, it's typically important, and it goes via UPS or FedEx. I've even been known to use UPS Red for local delivery of important papers instead of the USPS.

As far as bills and things that many people would normally send by mail, I make my payments online (and even get invoiced online by some companies / financial institutions).

Problem solved! No USPS, no problems.

Only thing the USPS has mastered is delivering junk mail timely, and on a regular basis.

Best,
