I've never been to PEK T2, but my impression of Chinese airports is that, by design, if you are not connecting to another flight, you have no business staying in the airside part of the terminal. Instead, you are funneled straight to the exit upon deplaning. In other words, even if there is a domestic lounge, you won't be able to access it like the way we do in the U.S.
