Okay...you bunch of self rightous soap box preachers.. I have seen this sentence a couple of different times now in some different postings and frankly it's pissing me off.

I know I said that I probably wouldn't post again but I feel the need and justification to post one last time.
I am going to speak for myself and myself only but I know that the sentiment that I am about to speak of is fairly widespread within the TSA.
I am a retired military guy and I served my country proudly for 20 years. I was in during Desert Storm.
I was in a very comfortable career when 9/11 happened but I felt a strong urge to leave that and join the TSA to be able to give something back to my country again. I am a flag waving patriot and the actions of the terrorists hit me at my innermost feelings and emotions. I joined the TSA thinking I could maybe make a little difference and try to defend our soil that we live on so that no terroristic actions like 9/11 would happen here in the U.S. again..!!
Now, being with the TSA for over a year...I realize that it isn't a perfect organization and it is not managed very well, but as I said, there are quite a few vets that are employed by the TSA that I'm sure would duplicate my feelings and emotions as to why they are here.
It's attitudes of the sort that are expressed here by some of the "blowholes"
that make our job tough sometimes.
How would you like it if a bunch of screeners came to your place of employment and told you that your organization stinks and that is a waste of taxpayers money..?
Now, back to why I originally posted this.

When I die...at least I know that my casket WILL be wrapped in the flag of the great United States and that there are many people out there that did appreciate what I did...!!
Good Day..
