I've had issues with the ramp at ATL as well. It's outsourced below the wing (thanks Jeff) and the mainline employees upstairs routinely express frustration with them.
United has clearly chosen the absolute lowest bidder at ATL, FWIW. Has anyone else noticed the black spray-painted numbers on belt loaders and tugs? I thought it was graffiti at first, then I realized the marks actually corresponded to the name of the vendor, "G2".
