Maybe, but we don't know for sure that OP is that person. Maybe the current occupant was accidentally removed from that seat. It's also possible, though highly unlikely, that a FAM wanted that seat for some reason.
I had the seat from January until June 21st when a DL agent mysteriously cancelled my seat selection.
