70,000 Point Southwest Business Card Offer (Invitation?)
A former housemate just got an invitation in the mail from Chase for a 70,000 point Southwest Premier business card after $3000 spend in 3 months. Annual fee is $99 and a 6000 point bonus on anniversaries.

Highest bonus I've ever seen. Odd in that this person does not have any business of any kind.

The invitation starts with 49441058 followed by four more numbers and the telephone number for the offer is 888-589-5039. The Offer Code is 1CM. The offer expires August 8, 2016. The web site for the offer is www.RapidRewardsBizCard.com . Since it's a biz card the company name is blank as is everything except the address, which can be changed. But it seems to require the zip code.

I haven't tried it myself as I first have to check if I had this exact card within the past 24 months.

Again, it's the Southwest Premier Business card.
