I also find it odd that I can add a companion on a separate PNR to the F UG list, but I can't do it for C+. I had this debate with a couple of agents. All of them told me the new C+ is a total disaster.
So I got a response (they tried calling and then sent an email). I received an apology, an assurance that my comments will be passed to the customer service leadership team and 10k miles.
