It would be interesting to know the destination airport, as I think that is a factor in the comparison (although not necessarily an excuse for BA).

Both Easyjet and Ryanair run perfectly useful services and I think anyone who avoids them on principle is foolish. i generally like BA and its services but it doesn't hugely surprise that CE was no great shakes over economy in Easyjet.
