Thank you very much for this detailed event. I was going to ask about the breakfast if it was room service or buffet. It looks like its both and that it's $40 per person each day. I just booked today for a stay there (3rd night free offer for the month of July they have on the website)
The Wiki page at the top of this post lists all the places at the Wynn you can use your breakfast credit - The Buffet and Room Service are both on that list
