VS J soft product is that good, the Club House (particularly at LHR) is that good, but the hard product is generally inferior or dated (depending on the plane). eg: I'd prefer an AF BEST J seat to any VS J seat, notwithstanding AF's tendency to go on strike. Traveling 2 together, I'd probably even prefer KLM's new J seat.
