Doing the Virgin America Point match with Jetblue.

Booked a trip using credit card, cancelled it and was credited to my travelbank.

Booked another trip for different date and price so used travel bank and credit card to pay.

Is using travel Bank considered a paid ticket?

(I don't want a surprise that this doesn't count for my VX match)

JetBlue CSR said it counts as a paid ticket but just want to confirm this with the experienced FT group.
