My sole experience was a bad one. One a busy stretch of road in slow moving traffic I got surrounded by mopeds. All of a sudden there was a kerfuffke outside, with riders waving their arms at me. I stopped and got out. They claimed I had hit one of them, but there was no way I could believe this had happened. They asked for money for damage. I asked to see the damage to the old and already heavily dented moped. I was shown scratches that seemed to have rust and dirt already deeply ingrained in them. I declined, stepped back into my car and left, fearful of police intervention that thankfully did not come. I'm 110% convinced it was a premeditated scam.
