AirCare by Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection. They'll pay you $50 for 2hr delay. Also pay for missed connections, lost luggage, sitting on the runway, etc.

For most they monitor the ATC and will send the money your way when the event occurs without you having to call and start a claim (and wait for the money).
