I stayed at the hotel last month on points and was really let down. I actually spent a few nights at the Hyatt in Montego Bay prior to staying here, which probably made my stay even more lackluster. I agree with the comments above not a relaxing hotel and the food was decent. The area has way more to offer than Mobay but I would choose the Hilton in Mobay over this place. Its a really old hotel with limited beach space and amenities. However, for $30 usd you can snorkel for an hour on the reef located in front of the hotel. Your view of the roof of the hotel was similar to the upgrade I received. Again the Hyatt I stayed at the night before really set the bar high so a tough act to follow. If staying on dollars I would suggest the RIU next door if you really want to stay in the area.
