Thanks Lauren. For Award reservations booked prior to July 13 and for hotels where the points are increasing, will bookings after that date be at the existing points rate? Have a couple of Awards already booked for the end of July at hotels with Category increases.
Hi Chris,
You won't be charged any additional Points for reservations that have already booked, even if you're checking in after July 13, 2016. The new rates will apply to award reservations that are booked on or after July 13, 2016.
