Rental Cars in Costa Rica
I will be doing a one way car rental from SJO to LIR fro a week. I know from other threads to make sure it is an SUV. The prices seem to range from $150 to $325. Any thoughts on which agencies are good and any to avoid? I'm Gold at Hertz but it is at the higher end.
