I can get with the "no touch" policy, but I'm particularly disturbed by the EWR (my home airport) policy of not wanting to let me even *see* them rifle through my stuff.
Can anyone be more specific on the TSA rule regarding this? Is there a section or rule number regarding letting passengers watch if the baggage checks are done in the lobby?
