A friend (also female) and I are doing this run July 18-20. We've done some kinda dicey MR's in the past. A few I wouldn't try alone. I'm thinking of doing this one or two times before/after. Bottom line, would you let your wife/sister do this run alone?
Panama is safer than let's say Mexico; sheer size. But I would always stick to basic safety even if a little more money.
