I just came back from SYD, taking 111 (RSR) on the way down to Sydney and 162 back to HKG.

I have to say I enjoyed the flight with the RSR crew more...The ISM was good on both legs. The SP on CX111 was far better than the SP on 162. The SP on the return sector even forgot the small note card for the meal...no advance selection of meals or proactively offering drinks/water. Where as it was the opposite for the RSR flight...to think I went to sleep after the meal service on CX111...overall the flight with the RSR crew is much better... Of course YMMV...thats just my experience on this last trip.

To the SP's defense on 162 I was on 11A, so I guess he didn't see the need to get a pre-selection of meals as I'll be the first one anyway, but on CX111 I was also on 11A, and the SP made sure to stop and ask if I wanted her to reserve a meal for me. It's one of those that make you feel special I guess.
