I bought a smartphone and it doesn't work in my country

I live in Argentina and the last week my father traveled to Munich and he bought me a Galaxy S7. he bought it in Media Markt and he thought that it was unlocked for all carriers

Next he came back to Argentina and I tried to put my SIM card in it and next this message appeared: "SIM network unlock PIN"

Now I am trying to unlock the cellphone but I don´t know how.

I would like to try with a page like unlockriver or something like that but in this pages I have to put a carrier and in most of them only appears this : E-plus, O2, T-mobile, the phone house, Vodafone (for Germany).

And in my cellphone doen´t appear any carrier boot animation, only the Samsung logo. There is only one strange application called meinGalaxy

Does anybody know how can unlock it?
