No surprise, though this is of course frustrating. Kudos to AS for getting the new chart up more than a month before implementation, and their Q&A is pretty honest.

My recollection is that when DL went revenue-based, AS didn't publish the chart until a day or two after it went into effect. At least they've learned from that (perhaps by pushing AA and insisting on getting the negotiations done well in advance). AA doesn't even have their new charts out yet. (AA has promised to have them out by July 15, just 16 days before the changes take effect.)
