I had breakfast at the main restaurant and somehow it didn't shine. It had all the basics, but nothing more and the space is again a bit cramped.
My main gripe is that I used three SNA's to get a good upgrade and all I got was a Club Room. The hotel has better rooms and did not seem too full.
What room categories did you check when applying the SNAs? When your SNA cleared, you should have been confirmed into one of the room categories you checked and the category should have then appeared on your confirmation.
However, most hotels don't have normal club rooms as one of the boxes to check for SNAs. Have you talked to the front desk? Have you checked your SPG account as it could have been the case that your SNA was not confirmed and your three SNAs were returned to your account shortly after 2 pm the day before you arrived.
