Stayed three nights here on a private trip. The hotel is in a good location, but feels a bit worn (the furniture is new, so maybe it's just the overall design?). The lounge is, as others have written, quite underwhelming: a small space with soft drinks and chips and some food & wine in the evenings. I had breakfast at the main restaurant and somehow it didn't shine. It had all the basics, but nothing more and the space is again a bit cramped.
My main gripe is that I used three SNA's to get a good upgrade and all I got was a Club Room. The hotel has better rooms and did not seem too full.
