I always travel with a small flash drive which I use only for things like this.
Every time I use it, I format it. Then copy on the file, print it/give it to someone to print/etc. Then before I use it again, I re-format on a trusted system.
Too many of these business center PC's have viruses to risk doing much else - the moment you plug the USB drive into one of them you need to consider it tainted, and not reuse it without a format.
The good news is that now days you can safely plug a virus-infected USB drive into your own system and format it without risking getting infected by it - even if it was infected there's no way for that infection to move to your PC *unless* you do anything with the files on the drive (eg, open them). This wasn't always the case...
