In fact, SDC wouldn't have a premium either. That's cheaper than the $300
It was YOW->YYZ off an Intl. connection and was to a 320. Straight out purchased J. I assume it was 767 before as AC and SeatGuru listed a pod hence picking 1A over row 2-4. It's only a quick flight though I was on the plane over 2 hours due to delays and after 24 hours I'd have rather had the pod and a > 6" screen when waiting around, but felt too minor thing to complain about.
Interestingly, SeatGuru now lists all those flights as 319 or 320... So maybe it was a generic change.
