I'm in the same situation, arrived in Dublin for a weekend trip and my bags didn't arrive (no one knows when it will be delivered). I'm BA Gold but travelled on an avios booking.

Are BA likely to reimburse necessary purchases (clean clothes) on a redemption booking?
