Is BA seriously going to tell me I must take my bags off in SIN and check them back in? Or should I move to the BA12 although then I run the risk that the BA16 is late in to SIN?
This is a ludicrous situation.
Holy moly, BA16-BA16 is tight!! When I've flown on BA 16 there's been barely enough time to leg it to the lounge, shower and leg it back to gate. And that has been moving at some serious speed. I would not fancy your chances if you have to recheck bags and unfortunately under BA's changes it sounds like you do.
