Having dropped down to Bronze in February this year, I am beginning to pay the price.
Travelling on a Business UK (Y) ticket on Wednesday from GLA - LHR I was refused entry and fast track security due to the colour of my mobile boarding card. The person policing entries didn't what business UK ticket was and the mobile boarding pass was missing the 'Fast Track' identifier.
It wasn't too much of an issue as both fast and slow track were virtually empty.
I have written to customer services; I am kind of expecting a response of; 'we are sorry for your experience, however, they were correct to refuse'
