I flew them from MSP last summer and thought it was fine. We were in business class. I think the only caveat I would have (and this may be true for FRA in general) is that we got off the plane at a remote stand, walked stairs off the plane, and then took a bus to the terminal with lots of walking. Consider this carefully if you have any mobility issues. My mom would be able to do this but she would be anxious.
