They rebooked me to the next QR flight which unfortunately was not before 06:00 am which gave me a 4 hours layover in the middle of the night and a 4 hour delayed arrival. They didn't want to put me on EK848 which left at 03:50 am.
To be honest I am a bit unhappy with the handling by QR. Or do I expect too much in this case?
We only took hand luggage (Yes, 10 days to Vietnam too) but poor you, I expect that they didn't have to put you up in a hotel or anything - albeit a short while. Was the EK848 full? I wouldn't have been happy if it wasn't
