Looking at my travel schedule for the year, may need to put in a mileage run or two to maintain Gold next year - may need to get an incremental 12K miles or so.

Ideally, I could get a few flights that come in at $0.05/EQM or below. Best I can find right now is SEA-LAX-BWI (which should also be a decent route for getting upgraded).

Any other routes or destinations come in at $0.05/EQM or below? I'm OK with increasing segments to increase the mileage earned (say, connecting through PDX), but that normally increases the price as well, so not much value there.

For those who are SEA based, what is your strategy for getting a decent amount of requalification miles in, as cheaply as possible?
