I deleted my previous post and I believe I was wrong.

Chinese nationals without a HK or Macau permit shouldn't be able to use the 7-day transit to do a China-HK-Macau-China or China-Macau-HK-China loop. Otherwise, any Chinese can visit HK or Macau already. So, the OP shouldn't be able to visit Macau unless flying out of there.

But just my theory. May need to inquire Macanese authority.
