We wouldn't recommend transferring to her account directly from yours because the transfer will not process, but you theoretically 'can' try it.
We understand there is a deadline looming, but the fastest method would be to initiate the
member-to-member Starpoints transfer and then initiate the process of transferring your Starpoints to the Elevate program afterwards.

It seems that it is not possible to initiate an online member-to-member transfer if the recipient's account is less than 30 days old. I reviewed the entire Terms and Conditions of SPG program, but the "30 days old" requirement is nowhere to be found. Is SPG enforcing something that has not been announced to its members nor does it exist in its T&C?
