I don't know the answer to your question, but my instinct is to advise you not to exceed the limit.

You should also note that China's infant nutrition market is fairly advanced these days, and quality product is readily available.

Finally, my friends at Nestlé tell me that baby formula is not a good gift unless you know exactly what product the baby likes because a typical mother tries out 3 different products before settling on 1.
